The Journey

From Manikandan
to Deltamani

Every legacy starts somewhere unlikely. This one started with Manikandan K — a young man from a village near Perinthalmanna, with little formal education and no shortcuts handed to him. Just grit, and a willingness to start at the bottom.

That grit built Deltamani — a name now respected across Bengaluru’s real estate landscape, trusted by business leaders and communities alike, and now entering Malayalam cinema.

Manikandan built the foundation. Deltamani is building the legacy.

V Vision

Business should create opportunities. Success should create hope.

Deltamani believes businesses should generate employment, empower communities, and support underserved groups while operating with integrity.

M Mission

Every challenge should inspire change. Success grows by helping others succeed.

Shaped by limited access to formal education and few external resources, his journey continues to inspire structured opportunities for underprivileged children, students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.

Humanitarian Commitment

Business and philanthropy should naturally work together.

Community welfare, education support, and social empowerment sit alongside every venture Deltamani builds.

100+ Students supported in their education, including children with disabilities
50+ Elderly individuals provided with long-term care and support
